Just out from Palphot Marketing is a brand new range of stationery sets featuring my "Coastal Stories" pattern design collection. Each set comes with 10 notelets and envelopes in a nice little package with shiny metallic details! I just received my samples and I love them! There are 4 different sets to choose from!
Someone commented that they thought my "Snake Eyes" pattern and coordinate (in that Pop Brights Retro colour palette) would look great on notebooks, so here they are on a journal set! What do you think? BTW: I couldn't resist trying out my "Chirp Chirp" pattern design on a journal set as well!
I love how new colours change the feel of a surface pattern design collection! Here is my "How Does Your Garden Grow?" Collection in Dusky Pink and the original Fresh Green colour palettes. Take your pick! Which do you like best? Both colour ways will be available at Surtex and Blueprint Show 1 this May in NYC with Nerida Hansen Print & Textiles!
I couldn't resist! I decided to enter the "Design a Papergang Box" Competition with these three entries featuring my pattern designs.. The Papergang Box is the UK's No. 1 stationery subscription box created by Ooh Deer. Click HERE for all the competition deets! I'm curious...which one do you like best? Oh, and you can see the other entries on IG!
How fun is this? My "Friendly Bear" sock design won an "honourable mention" in the Corgi Sock Design Competition! Corgi is a UK company established in 1892 that supplies luxury socks to the Royal Family! Check out the announcement of the winners on the Corgi Socks Blog!
This week's brief was to design packaging for a soap collection featuring abstract patterns! Here are my four "Fun Flavours" designs!
This week we explored mark-making and textures for MATS Creating Collections for Home Decor. So I decided to create a collection for wood featuring some of the doodles I did! This was the final week of this course and just might have to take it again in the future!
Although this week was all about lettering, I really had fun designing patterns for my ceramics collection! Onwards next week for designing for wood products!
I just finished Week 3 of the MATS Creating Collections for Home Decor course. So much fun, super hard work, and all very inspiring. Here is the presentation board that I did for it. I think I can see improvement over the last 3 weeks! I think!
Here is my submission for Week 2 of MATS Creating Collections for Home Decor. This week we focused on fabric...so here is my "Flower Child" collection! I am really learning a lot in this course, love it!
