I've adapted my "Two Moths" design for this week's Spoonflower "Indoor Garden Wall Hangings" Design Challenge. AND I couldn't help but also add my coordinating "Butterfly Landing" design to my Spoonflower Shop too (see below). Both together might just make the perfect Tea Towel or Wall Hanging GIFT SET!
Check out my "Two Moths" design and the Voting Page too!
Something to Remember...Be Kind! My Entry for This Week's Spoonflower "Modern Motivational Posters Wall Hangings" Design Challenge!
I thought my "Be Kind" lettering design would be perfect to enter in this week's Spoonflower "Modern Motivational Posters Wall Hangings" Design Challenge as a bit of a reminder. I first designed this one back in 2020 as we were beginning to realize the full scope of the pandemic, but I still think this thought continues to hold true now. Actually, I think it holds true no matter what is going on in the world...
If you like this wall hanging, you can check it out in my Spoonflower Shop!
And if you would like to vote, link to the Voting Page here! Voting ends Oct 19!
Earlier this year, my "City Lights At Night" artwork was chosen to be part of the City of Victoria "Signage Kiosk Animation" Public Art Project, a project "to celebrate local creatives and enhance everyday artistic encounters". It has just been installed in downtown Victoria, BC on the corner of Douglas and Humboldt Streets, where it will be until January 2022! If you find yourself in Downtown Victoria and happen by, please do take a photo and tag me!

Here is my entry for this week's Spoonflower "Vintage Recipe Wall Hanging" Design Challenge, called "Chop and Toss"! I thought as far as recipes go, chopping and tossing is about as easy as a recipe gets! Although I've added a version specifically designed for Wall Hangings (and Tea Towels too, see below) to my Spoonflower Shop, I've also added this repeat pattern in 3 sizes to my Spoonflower Shop, so it's available on fabrics, wallpaper and home decor too! I really think this would make super FUN kitchen wallpaper (or a fantastic apron)! What do you think?! VOTE HERE (voting ends Tuesday October 12)!
AND NOTE TO SELF: Never throw anything away! This scribble design is adapted from one I did quite a few years ago (just had to change to colour palette!). I always loved it, but it never seemed quite right for anything...until now! Click the images below to see the Wall Hanging in my Spoonflower Shop!
