I was recently interviewed by Cara Dudgeon of the World Textile Information Network (WTiN) which provides in-depth content that tracks key trends and innovations within the textile manufacturing industry, and has been reporting on the textile industry for over 100 years. In this interview, we discuss creating and maintaining a unique design style and process, while still keeping in mind the needs of clients and specific markets. It was a really fun chat!   If you own a home with an attic or your rental home comes with a bonus attic space, there’s a chance the room has gone unused. Maybe the space is completely empty, or it’s the current home for your boxes of seasonal decorations, sporting gear, or home improvement tools. But there are plenty of ways you can spruce up your attic space to create a great escape.

I’m very pleased to show you the brand new book “Create Patterns with Different Layouts” by Manon Jodoin of Jodoin Studio just released and available for purchase on Amazon. This full-colour book features pattern designs from 18 designers (including me!), all organized by design layout, such as “One Way”, “Spot Repeat”, “Stripes”, etc. It’s inspiring to see how all the designers interpret the layouts differently and it’s such a great resource for both aspiring and established surface pattern designers! The latest Issue #51 of Uppercase Magazine, one of my favourite art publications, just arrived! This Issue is all about QUILTS, yay! Happily, my "Corfu" design was included in the Illustrated Quilts section that features art inspired by quilts "real, remembered and imagined". A bit about this design: "Corfu" is one of the patchwork-inspired patterns in my "Pieces of Dreams" Collection, inspired by a stop I made on that Greek island during a years-long, around-the-world trip I took many years ago...Memories!

I was very excited to be contacted by "the most influential design and decoration magazine", The World of Interiors, a couple of months ago. They asked if I would like to be included in their Design Report which features a curated range of designers and artists. I said...Yes, please!
