My abstract “Bird’s Eye View” pattern design was voted 23rd out of 403 entries in last week’s Spoonflower Design Challenge so it is now available on fabric, wallpaper and giftwrap in my Spoonflower Shop, and on home decor products in my Roostery Shop! I really want to thank all of you who took the time to vote! And don’t forget Spoonflower is offering FREE SHIPPING worldwide through June 28!

I submitted my colourful, folk-inspired “In the Village” pattern design to this week’s “Boy Wonder” Design Challenge from Spoonflower and boy’s clothing brand Boy Wonder which believes boys are not only strong and tough, but also sweet and cuddly and WONDER-ful! So I thought rainbows, flowers, cute animals and bright colours would be perfect! A bit different for this week’s challenge: the winner by popular vote will get a licensing deal with Boy Wonder! So if you have a moment, I would love your vote...Here is the link to the Voting Page!
I just submitted my new "Party Time!" pattern design to this month's "Birthday Bash" Handpicked Design Challenge from They Draw and Cook! Presents, flowers, cake, balloons and...martinis! I see this as giftwrap or a really fun apron, what about you?! This design is now available to license!

My submission to this week’s Spoonflower Design Challenge “Bird’s Eye View”! I wanted to make it completely abstract and have a bit of a terrazzo feel. I was imagining a suburban-scape in a warmer climate (thus all the swimming pools!) Check out all the entries and cast your vote at the Voting Page!
In celebration of warm, sunny weather I've chosen some of my summery patterns from my Roostery Shop to show you! These gorgeous duvets and pillows are now available...and if you love these designs but don't need a duvet, don't worry, they are available on lots of other home decor products! And of course, there are many, many other designs to choose from!
You Never Know Where Inspiration Will Come From: Indian Textiles, Japanese Souvenirs and...Food!6/12/2019 This is the beginning of a brand new pattern design collection featuring gorgeous birds and flowers in luscious, warm colours. My inspirations for this collection were: Indian textiles, a bird figurine souvenir I picked up in Japan, and food (yup, photos of limes, red peppers and mushrooms posted in The Colour Gang for this month’s food styling inspiration theme started off the colour palette!) You never know where inspiration will come from...
These first designs are now available to license (more from this new collection coming soon!) The next Design Challenge in the They Draw & Cook's Handpicked series is "Birthday Bash" and will be curated by Ceci Butler, Owner and Creative Director of Design House Greetings. I couldn't resist...I had to submit my "After Hours" repeat pattern which I recently re-coloured with these festive, summery colours! I thought it would be perfect for celebrating someone's birthday, right?! You can see my submission on the They Draw & Cook website here!
