Thank You For Your Votes! My "Sayulita" Design Ranked #20 in the Spoonflower "Jewel-Tone 70s" Design Challenge!
This is a bit delayed since I realize the Spoonflower "Jewel-Tone 70s" Design Challenge ended last week, but I just wanted to say thanks to all who voted in that challenge! My design came in at #20 (out of 617), so just really, thanks again!
And because it did well in the challenge, it is now immediately available to purchase in my Spoonflower Shop (link to this design here!)
Originally designed after a trip to Mexico, someone recently referred to my “Sayulita” pattern as a “70s floral” so I thought...okay its a sign! I’ll enter it in this week’s Spoonflower “Jewel-Tone 70’s” Design Challenge! Check out all the GROOVY designs at the Voting Page!
When we were in Sayulita, Mexico for our family holiday this summer we went to a little surf spot called La Lancha (not that I surf, really I just try to stand up on the board)! So in memory of this wonderful place, here is my new tropical pattern featuring nice, gentle La Lancha waves, with some other designs in this growing pattern collection! These pattern designs are available to license, just contact me to inquire!
Any guesses what kind of flowers these are?! Hint: think tropical Mexico and Hawaii, sunshine and warmth, bright colours, turquoise water, beaches and margaritas and tequila! This new pattern design is part of a new collection I'm working on and is now available to license! Just contact me to inquire. Hint: they start with a B...
Can you tell I was just in Mexico? Couldn't wait to get back and start designing some new Mexico-inspired pattern designs...Here is my brand new "Folk Flowers" (I might change the name, any suggestions?). This one is all about bright colours and simple shapes, people tell me it's a happy design. I like that description! This pattern is now available to license, and more will be coming in this collection. If you are interested in licensing this design for your products, please do contact me!
